Please ensure all components are in their original packaging and show no signs of installation or use.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Hardware

  Carefully place the electronics or bridge components in their original protective packaging, ensuring all screws, springs, and tools are included.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
